Updated Arkansas Code of 1987

Updated the ARCode09 iPhone application:
- Added hyperlinks to each statute referenced
- Removed sections where the statutes were all repealed
- Easily email the law
- "Favorites" option
- Font contrast preference (for night viewing)

(Note: Can take up to 2 weeks for Apple to review and approve.)
Edit 2009-12-29: Wow! Already approved. That was fast!

Removed CRS09 from appstore...

After being contacted by the State of Colorado, we learned the
Colorado legislature has restricted the distribution of the CRS except
to those who pay a fee.  Unfortunately, at this time, the costs are
prohibitive and, for the foreseeable future, we are unable to offer
the application.

Updated application

Added a new button that hopefully cops will love... search Criminal/Traffic only. Also limited the results to 25. It's MUCH faster now.

Here are results using the same search with the switch on and off.

Enjoy!
