Submitted South Carolina Code of Laws aka SC10 to Appstore

Just submitted the South Carolina Code of Laws aka SC10 to Appstore. It will be a FREE update and should be available as soon as Apple reviews/approves, which can take up to 2 weeks.

The logo was changed to the Nomos Apps logo, it was renamed, fixed memory leak, and added a feedback option to the Info page.

Note: It is still the 2009 statutes.

Updated Ohio Revised Code to June 18, 2010 statutes

Just submitted a FREE update to the Ohio Revised Code in the appstore. It should less than a couple of weeks for Apple to review/approve.

Also renamed it from OHCode09 to OH10 and changed the logo to the Nomos Apps logo. Fixed a few memory leaks and removed duplicate data from the database.

Just added Connecticut General Statutes aka CT10 to appstore!

Just added the Connecticut General Statutes to the Apple appstore. It should take less than 2 weeks for Apple to review. (and hopefully approve!)

- The statutes for the State of Connecticut in an easy-to-use interface.
 (Revised to January 1, 2009)
- Runs entirely from the iPhone/iPod/iPad. (no internet connection required)
- Lists the sections by title and chapter
- Can drill-down to specific law.
- Option to go to next/previous section from the section view
- Search options:
   - Can search for one or more partial keywords
   - Can limit the number of search results (for performance)
   - Option to search criminal/traffic only or all statutes (for performance)
   - Can default the criminal/traffic option to be 'on' or 'off'
   - Search word highlighting
- Can set the font size
- Works in landscape and portrait modes
- Easily email the law
- "Favorites" option
- Font contrast preference (for night viewing)

Selecting a section from the list shows the text of the section very quickly.
Easy to use. No need to carry reference books. It is all there, at your fingertips.

Great for police officers and anyone interested in Connecticut law.

Nevada Revised Statutes (2010 Edition)

A new version of the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) for 2010 has been submitted to the Apple appstore. It can take up to two weeks for approval. Here are the changes:





- Renamed from NRS09 to NRS10
- Change logo/name to NomosApps
- *** Note *** If you have any favorites, they will need to be re-selected.
- Added range of chapters to each title
- Added new chapters
- Fixed data import issue

Revised Code of Washington 2010 Edition (aka RCW2010) app submitted

The Revised Code of Washington for the 2010 laws has been updated:
- Major re-write of code
- Reloaded the complete statutes (Current as of August 20, 2010)
- Renamed from RCW2009 to RCW2010
- Change logo/name to NomosApps
- Highlighted text on found statutes (from search)
- Fixed hyperlinks on certain RCW's

Apple can take up to 2 weeks to review/approve.

ORS 2009 submitted

Just submitted another FREE update to the ORS 2009 application. (it can take up to 2 weeks for Apple to review/approve)

2.7 09/18/2010:
- Major re-write of code
- *** Note *** If you have any favorites, they will need to be re-selected.
- Fixed missing statutes/chapters (fixed import bug)
- Change logo/name to NomosApps
- Highlighted text on found statutes (from search)
- Added Oregon Constitution
- Added statute hyperlinks in Preface and Oregon Rules of Civil Procedure
- Line-break preservation

I think it's a pretty good update.

Note: The 2010 statutes should be available early 2011.

New York 2009 iPhone/iPad application now includes Court Acts!

Just submitted a FREE update to the New York Consolidated Laws of 2009. It now contains the following *** Court Acts ***:
- CTC Court of Claims
- FCT Family Court
- CCA New York City Civil Court
- CRC New York City Criminal Court
- SCP Surrogate's Court Procedure
- UCT Uniform City Court
- UDC Uniform District Court
- UJC Uniform Justice Court

Note: It does not contain Unconsolidated Laws, Rules, or other Miscellaneous
Acts or Laws.

Should take less than 2 weeks for Apple to approve.
